Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide COI and W-9?
Yes. We provide Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W-9 documentation upon request. These documents are available immediately for your project files and contractor coordination.
What are your payment terms?
Standard projects require 50% deposit to begin fabrication with balance due before delivery. For established Trade Program accounts, we offer Net 30 payment terms after credit approval. We accept checks, wire transfers, and major credit cards.
How long does custom furniture fabrication take?
Typical lead times range from 6-14 weeks depending on project complexity. Shop drawings and approval take 1-2 weeks, fabrication takes 4-10 weeks, and finishing takes 1-2 weeks. Rush timelines are available for an additional fee. We provide milestone dates that coordinate with your project schedule.
Do you provide shop drawings before fabrication?
Yes. Every project includes detailed CAD shop drawings showing dimensions, joinery details, material specifications, and hardware selections. These are construction documents, not sketches, suitable for client presentations and contractor coordination. Revisions are included until the design is approved.
