Standard projects require 50% deposit to begin fabrication with balance due before delivery. For established Trade Program accounts, we offer Net 30 payment terms after credit approval. We accept checks, wire transfers, and major credit cards.

Typical lead times range from 6-14 weeks depending on project complexity. Shop drawings and approval take 1-2 weeks, fabrication takes 4-10 weeks, and finishing takes 1-2 weeks. Rush timelines are available for an additional fee. We provide firm milestone dates that coordinate with your FF&E schedule.

Do you provide shop drawings before fabrication?

Yes. Every project includes detailed CAD shop drawings showing dimensions, joinery details, material specifications, and hardware selections.
